This vSAN ReadyNode AF-6 configuration based on Supermicro Storage server SSG-5029P-E1CTR12L is with expander backplane supporting 12 hot-swap SAS and SATA drives. The server includes Broadcom 3108 SAS 12Gb/s controller card what has 2GB cache (CacheVault option is available) and supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. On board dual 10Gb/s Intel Ethernet Controller X722 and X557 (2x RJ45) and dedicated RJ45 port for IPMI 2.0 remote management with KVM and remote virtual media mount.
