This Supermicro TwinPro server SYS-220TP-HC9TR has four hot-pluggable systems (nodes) in a 2U form factor. Each node has direct-attached backplane supporting 6 hot-swap SAS/SATA drives. Each node includes Broadcom 3908 SAS RAID controller card what has 8GB cache and supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. On board dual 10Gb/s Intel Ethernet Controller X710 (2x RJ45) and dedicated RJ45 port for IPMI 2.0 remote management with KVM and remote virtual media mount.
