This vSAN ReadyNode HY-6 configuration based on Supermicro Storage server SSG-5029P-E1CTR12L is with expander backplane supporting 12 hot-swap SAS and SATA drives. Intergrated on motherbaord Broadcom 3008 SAS 12Gb/s HBA controller. On board dual 10Gb/s Intel Ethernet Controller X722 and X557 (2x RJ45) and dedicated RJ45 port for IPMI 2.0 remote management with KVM and remote virtual media mount.
